Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel an order shortly after placing it. At Sofia & Claire, we aim to assist you as efficiently as possible while keeping our order processing smooth and timely.


Cancellation Timeframe

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of completing your purchase.

During this initial period, orders generally have not yet entered the processing stage, making cancellation possible.


Orders Already in Processing

After the 12-hour cancellation window, your order may already be:

  • Processed

  • Packed

  • Prepared for shipment

  • Shipped or transferred to the courier

Once an order reaches any of these stages, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

If cancellation is no longer possible, we kindly ask that you wait until your order has been delivered. You may then submit a return request in accordance with our Return Policy.
