Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Sofia & Claire and to every distance contract and order concluded between Sofia & Claire and the consumer.

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.
Images used are a true representation of the products; however, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Sofia & Claire.
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the conditions set therein.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day the product is received by the consumer or a designated third party.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Hygienic products if the seal has been broken after delivery

All prices stated on the website include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Article 10 – Delivery
Orders are delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible.
Article 11 – Complaints
Complaints regarding the execution of the agreement must be submitted to Sofia & Claire within 7 days after delivery. Complaints must be fully and clearly described.
