Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Sofia & Claire, you agree to the terms outlined below. No exceptions will be made.
Returning a Product
Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

In their original packaging

In the same condition as received
For products where hygiene is important, items must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
Damage Due to Personal Use
Sofia & Claire is not responsible for damage caused by:

Misuse

Negligence

Improper handling
Only manufacturing defects are covered under this return policy.
Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear

Lingerie
-
Other sealed hygiene products once opened
How to Start the Return Process
To request a return, please contact us by email at info@sofia-claire.com and include the following information:

The reason for the return

A photo of the item (required if damaged or defective)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refund Procedure
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

Sofia & Claire is not responsible for returns lost in transit
Return Address
All returns must be shipped to Asia.
Return shipping costs start at $25 and are fully borne by the customer.
Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

We will send a replacement at no additional cost

If the issue occurs again with the replacement, you will receive a full refund
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed due to our automated processing system.
